herbalicious

to up the green stakes, we should grow a herb garden and use the desk and window space to grow grass, rocket and other yummy snacks. it's such a sense of accomplishment when you eat something you helped nurture. it's also a proven fact plants make you happier.

Plants do more than make you happy. Even looking at them makes us physically healthier. A study in the 1970s indicated that recuperating paitents in hospitals recovered much faster if their wards afforded them views trees and foliage.

I like the idea of having a herb garden and thoroughly beleive in grazing, even when working. But the sun doesn't shine in our lovely office... Cactus anyone?
